From the very first contact you went out of your way to put us at ease. No High Pressure Sales Techniques, just the information we requested by return of call even when we decided to change models. When we finally decided on the car, you gave us a prompt choice of colour and delivery dates and were able to arrange to have the optional extra "Parking Sensors" fitted before you delivered the car to our door. All this for a £500 deposit. Even then the "Personal Service" didn't stop.
